These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets, participation and attendance at the Time Machine – The Party of the Year event, as well as the rights and obligations of attendees and the production company. The purchase of a ticket implies full acceptance of the conditions described herein.

- Purchase tickets
- Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official channels indicated on the website.
- Each ticket is unique, personal and non-transferable.
- Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in their cancellation.
- The purchased ticket is only valid for this specific edition of the event and will not be valid for future editions.
- Exchange and return policy
- No changes or refunds will be accepted for tickets, except in the event of total cancellation.
- In the event of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded following the procedure indicated by the production company.
- Modification of the program, schedules, artists or access conditions will not give the right to a refund.
- Access to the site and re-entry
- To access the venue it is mandatory to present a valid ticket and a valid identity document (ID card, passport or equivalent).
- Access is restricted exclusively to those over 21 years of age.
- Once the ticket is validated, attendees will receive a control bracelet that they must keep at all times.
- The bracelet allows you to leave and re-enter the venue during the event, as long as it is intact and properly placed.
- Operation of music venues
The event will feature three musical spaces operating simultaneously:
- Espai 80s
- Espai 90s + 2000
- Espai Hits
Attendees will be able to move freely between the different spaces according to their musical preferences.
- Rules of conduct
- It is prohibited to bring food and drinks into the premises, except in cases justified by medical reasons.
- Access with dangerous objects, sharp objects, illegal substances, professional cameras without accreditation or drones is not permitted.
- Failure to comply with the rules may result in immediate expulsion from the venue without the right to a refund.
- Services within the premises
- The event will feature a large gastronomic area with food and drink offers at reasonable prices.
- There will be a chill area with an outdoor smoking area.
- There will also be merchandise stands, themed photo booths and interactive experience areas.
- Payment methods
Within the venue, you can pay with debit/credit card or in cash at the enabled POS terminals.
- Parking
- The venue has private parking in the area.
- Places are limited, so it is recommended to arrive in advance.

Transportation and accommodation
- The venue is accessible by car, taxi, private transport services and public transport.
- Special buses will be made available from the center.
- Agreements with hotels in the area to offer special discounts to attendees will be announced soon.

Image rights
The attendee authorizes the use of their image in photographs and videos captured during the event for promotional and commercial purposes by the production company.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
- For any dispute, both parties will submit to the courts of Andorra.
